Quiet residential street only 5 mins walk from Nundah train station (zone 2)& Nundah Village (restaurants, woolworth supermarket), easy access to Toombul shopping center, airport& city as well.
the rent of one room is $140⁄week for 1 ppl, with stay longer than 1 month, 2 week bond & 2 week notice before leaving required. Sorry no couples, no smoker, no pets.
