- 2 minute walk to Toombul Shopping Centre,
- 5 minute walk to the Toombul Train Station and bus interchange,
with trains and buses leaving every 15 minutes to get to the city.

- 10 minute drive to airport
- There is a free bus to ACU that leaves from Toombul Shopping Centre, so if you're a student looking for a place, our location is awesome.
