WHAT THE HOUSE HAS TO OFFER
The house is furnished so all you will need is whatever you would like to have in your room, we do not have the space to store extra furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, the living room is air conditioned and has TV which is connected to a media server and can stream just about anything to it (TV, radio, YouTube, movies, music, you name it). The garage is currently being used for storage but will be later turned into a PT studio which housemates can utilize as well.
ABOUT MYSELF
As for me I?m a 28 year old male and I have just finished personal trainer/exercise specialist certification. So if you have a general interest in fitness, nutrition, computers, gaming, socializing then we are going to get along fine. Thou if you don?t have a general interest in fitness or nutrition I might drive you crazy with all my fitness talk lol. My Girlfriend is 23 years old and also lives in the house, her general interests are cooking & baking, painting, is also studying fitness and currently working in the mining industry.
THE ROOMS I HAVE UP FOR RENT
We have three rooms available, two are identical & one is much larger one in size. The two identical rooms both have built-ins while the larger room does not. All rooms have ducted air conditioning. These will be assigned on a first in first serve basis, so get in early and you can pick your room.
